Installation Instructions: Wet Set

1. Concrete specified to a maximum 4 inch slump.

2. Pre-damped back side of SureDome tile with water.

3. Jitterbug concrete to raise creme.

4. Place tile backside down into prepared area. Using hand pressure set tile to proper elevation. DO NOT USE HAMMERS TO INSTALL TILES.

5. In instances where multiple SureDome tiles are used simply set tiles tightly side by side, Expansion is not an issue.

6. Clean any excess cement from surface immediately after tile has been placed.

Installation Instructions: Thinset

1. Use minimum of 3/4 inch thick plywood block out to the dimension of the tilt area.

2. Pull plywood after concrete has setup.

3. Apply thinset or epoxy to the back of tile with a notched trowel, as well as the concrete opening.

4. Place tile into opening, gently press to elevation.

5. Clean excess thinset or epoxy off surface immediately.
